Overall this plugin does exactly what I needed. It took a little bit of troubleshooting with Zach from support due to some plugin conflicts, however Zach was prompt and tremendously helpful. 5 stars for this plugin and for support. By default all products in your store are marked as “available for pickup”. My only suggestion would be to have a configurable setting to disable that when you only want to allow pickup for certain items. All in all a good experience.

Dear Team,
We can understand that a lot of collective efforts are invested to build the application but I guess it has to be improved as mentioned in the description. I’ll go point by point.
1. After plugin installation my store couldn’t even load like earlier, even after so much optimization.
2. Distance or geo-mapping from a customer who selects a pick-up location based geo-location of store distance is not at all working, it is important for us, who have multiple pick-up locations in the same zip code or nearby zip codes.
3. Pricing is too high for this plug-in, although I purchased it because I thought it solves our problem, in reality, a lot of time was eaten by this plug-in.
So, please be clear and honest in your descriptions where I have huge respect on Godaddy brand, but this time very disappointing.
I believe this feedback helps to team and improve the code.

I didn’t personally install this plugin, but it sounds like it was an easy process, and it’s very easy to work with and modify parameters. For the most part it’s been easy for our customers to use, but sometimes they get confused about when to schedule their pickup date. I’d prefer for that selection to be earlier in the checkout process, but with a little bit of explanation on the product description, it seems to work out okay for our customers.

I needed this plugin for a client who has over 70 pickup locations. It was easy to setup and whenever I had any issues, support was there with quick turnaround and knowledgeable responses. I would highly recommend this plugin if you need to implement local pickup options on your woocommerce site.
