I thought something coming from Woocommerce.com could be trusted but initial configuration was buggy, some basic functionality still doesn’t work a year after bringing it to their attention. Last minute notices that you need to change how checkout works and last minute announcement that they will no longer support multiple accounts (USD/CDN). Terrible experience, especially for a paid plugin. I’m sure sales for this plugin is low compared to others and so their attention to the quality of this plugin is reflected in that. There are other woocommerce.com plugins I was looking at for other projects but it’s by the same developers so I’m really hesitant to purchase them.

90% of interac payments failed but rest works great.
Update Oct 2022. Worked ok for 3 yrs, but have lost countless sales in last 2 weeks as plugin is updated without proper testing. Takes 24hrs between each reply, having to walk through the usual steps turn off plugins and themes, losing precious time when this is an urgent problem preventing the site to work. Also plugin is updated by itself even though autoupdates are off?

I use this as I am a Canadian merchant who bills in USD and there are few alternatives. However, the last major update was horribly managed.
1) There was little or no warning of changes
2) Change did not allow me to bill in USD, until I found a workaround by spending hours on the phone with Moneris support (not the plug-in developer)
3) Change documentation was unintuitive and did not reflect what was implemented, until subsequent releases.
The problems were eventually resolved, but the update process was horribly managed.

Whatever you do, buy a different plugin… Better yet, avoid SkyVerge and Moneris at all costs altogether.
With every update, features were removed and band-aid “fixes” were given after waiting at least a day for responses from support (from various people every time).
In the end, the plugin now does not work since their latest so-called “update”. Do yourself a favour and use any other payment processor / plugin…unless you enjoy losing money, patience, and time.
